This item ships Small Parcel, which means it will be delivered by UPS, FEDEX, DHL or USPS.

It is important for you to inspect your shipment carefully. If damage is noted, do not assemble the product. Instead, notify us immediately (within 3-5 days of delivery). If the item is assembled, it may result in the denial of a replacement piece.

Due to the custom nature of this product, we are unable to accept returns or cancellations for these pieces once your order has been placed. This Manufacturer does not recommend the Florentine Gold or Crackle Colors be used outdoors.  Also, please note Saltwater is extremely damaging to any finish. We do not recommend that any iron furniture be left outdoors in a saltwater environment.
